It is awesome and the story levels did improve, but I hate when you get snagged (Specially when attempting to ace a level).
The new gestures function is very neat (And funny!), the lack of personal pod isn't such a big deal, and The level editor keeps being amazing, but I'm not so used to the new controls yet...hmm.
@enlargedhousecats
They wouldn't have terminated your account if you didn't break the ToS. If you really didn't, then get a ticket from the help desk and they should fix it.
Looks great! But how's it doing?
I've heard slim versions always show overheating problems at first and are less durable so...any details about performance?
Sonic used to be great at his times, nowdays it's going way too childish and saddly, the very fans of it are being forced into this lower level: the game isn't growing with his players.
Reach was glassed a month or two before the first game, not at the beginning of the war. The Master Chief's training ended before the war started. Also, the Master Chief never stepped foot on Reach during its fall. He was in an orbital station making sure the Covenant didn't find their way to Earth. However, I do hope that the story will be told from multiple perspectives. That's mainly why I liked Halo 2 and ODST's story so much. And as for class-based multiplayer...ABSOLUTLEY FUCKING NOT!!!!! Part of why I love Halo's multiplayer is that everyone's on even terms. I think Bungie should stick to what they've done. Keep the same excellent multiplayer while making improvements (new weapons, vehicles, and gameplay).
As for your Half-Life 2: Episode 3 predictions, I completely agree. Especially the part about keeping portal guns out of Half-Life.
GTA, don't really care as long as the new environment is good.
Mostly I think Gears of War 3 will happen like you've said. Except for a few things. Prescott didn't have the Sires researched on. It said in the game that it was under Chairman Monroe. And the Chairman before Prescott was Dalyell. So the Sires are at least two Chairmen removed. Also, Hoffman didn't know about the Sires until Delta did. And in the novels, he's mostly on good terms with all of them, even Marcus. Also, Cole and Baird had better not die!!!! I think if anyone dies, it'll be Dom. Call it a feeling.
I agree with most of this. I still have trouble seeing why Halo's plot is confusing to people, but I can deal with that. As always, ODST's music is awesome. Multiplayer was a given. It had all of Halo 3 and added Firefight and the 3 new maps. Win freaking win!
But I've gone through almost all of the campaign on Legendary and haven't done that much differently than what I did on Halo 3. But Halo's combat is still awesome, so I don't really mind that.
Not to criticize, but it seems like your problems with the game didn't justify dropping the score three points. So the gameplay is the same as Halo 3. That's not a bad thing. Gears 2 was a carbon copy of Gears 1 but its still a fantastic game. I think your review is accurate (I haven't played it yet), because it sound like you took a serious look at the game. But those negative points just don't seem like that big of a deal.
I've always said you guys weren't biased toward Sony, and the evidence is your disinterest in Halo. I don't mean that as an insult, it's just an observation.
My best memory is in Sonic Adventure 2 Battle. The final boss fight against The Final Hazard playing as Super Sonic and Super Shadow with "Live and Learn" playing in the background. Kickass song.
