Great guide, thanks. Once Verizon installs my internet (I moved during their strike so i've been roughing w/o for a while) I will give this game a go and use the above. I still haven't decided on a stealth or gung-ho approach yet...
I downloaded it yesterday and started playing it. Only made it to level 2 and unlocked a few talents, but so far so good. My only concern is how much "free content" there is and at what point do I have to pay anything to advance to later levels, if that even exists.
I had technical issues with the last Borderlands. It would crash to desktop every half hour and connecting via multiplayer was a pain. I hope this one fixes all of that.
I'll pass. I have the WoW gaming mouse and the paint / cover is literally melting off due to my hand sweat. Anyone have one that's more durable / not a piece of crap?
I think Sony should keep it alive, just on the basis that people have dropped how much money for the game, its expansions, and the per month fee? When you buy a console game, you OWN it for life. I can see why a lot of people would be angry, leveling up toons and grinding out gear and other things only to find out they were renting the game for 8 years. Cut back on the servers if there isn't a demand for them to reduce costs of course, but if there is an audience, keep it going.
I am on the fence honestly. I think Blizzard would do better to tweak WoW to cater to everyone, rather than it be one way or another. Give more options when running dungeons /raid, such as "casual" mode, where everything is nerfed 25-50% but the loot isn't as great, but this way people can at least progress and see end game content. Leave Normal and Heroic alone so that people wanting a challenge can do those. I am not interested in dropping another $15 a month for another MMO, in today's economy not everyone can afford it.
Wow, all that button pressing just for the Wii U title screen. I bet the games released for the system will be even harder. Ninchillas will be epically old school hard.
Good news is, I might actually buy a Wii if it drops in price more as a result of this.
"During the time between the ending of Wings of Liberty and the demo for Heart of the Swarm, former Queen of Blades and leader of the Zerg Sarah Kerrigan has gone through some kind of change."
I'm a bit confused, is the game taking place after WOL, or before? Jim is seen carrying her off at the end of WOL so either she escapes somehow or the game is recalling events from a Zerg standpoint during the Terran campaign?
I'm not sure what you are implying? I work full time as an accountant and as a single father raise my 10 year old. I do push a lot of buttons during the day, seeing as how I work in an office setting.
Howard is wrong, period. You can't stereotype all people into one particular lifestyle just because they enjoy video games. That's like saying all people who like sports are drunken disruptive asshats. Just because there are people that behave a certain negative way does not mean they represent the masses. That's 3rd grade line of thinking and I've grown way beyond that point.
