Redo the friends system -Real life meet up's aren't 'Hey drop everything you're doing and pick me up or I'll hate you'

A morality gauge to affect conversations. It's silly having Roman tell me I'm a good person as I run people down for no reason other than the sidewalk is quicker

No LA. We had LA in San Andreas. Yes I know about Liberty City, but GTA3's didn't really capture the essence of New York as future titles did.
