Well done Justin. I don't think I'd go as far as drawing a map, but I do agree with the general sentiment of your interesting story. Sometimes games need to tone back their hand-holding. Keep up the opinion pieces. I'm a little tired of the focus on news.
So Gamesradar has a giveaway for some nice headsets right when I'm thinking abou t buying a new headset? Coincidence? I'm sure going to pretend that it isn't one.
Love the art style and I'm so glad Mike Patton came back as the Darkness. Such an awesome voice; the game better be good because I don't want to find out that I will buy something for sixty dollars just to hear one of my favorite evil characters talk to me as Jackie. What I saw looked solid from a gameplay perspective. Hope they made sure to nail the characters and atmosphere that made the first game special.
I love El Shaddai and I'm about to finish it as soon as I'm done typing this comment. I also picked up Outland; it's pretty great. I would like a good reason to use my DS again, so I guess I need to figure out if I buy Ghost Trick or Rayman: Origins next. Think I will end up going with the story-intensive one first. Loved the list.
Skyrim just has a boring background. If you look closely you can see the logo in the upper right corner. That's all Bethesda thought they needed, apparently.
I'm actually pretty excited for this come Tuesday; mostly because it looks like it won't take upwards of half-a-minute to load my game library on the console. Oh, and for what it's worth: I did check and the background for Skyrim is just that boring black emptiness with the logo in the corner. So I think that functionality will still be there. It's one of the things I liked too.
Of all the giveaways GR has done, this is the one that I really hope I win to the point of deluding myself into thinking I have a good chance. It's just so pretty and the gameplay is quite fun based on the demo. Reminds me of 'Splosion man and the Ms. Version, only prettier and probably deeper. Must have!!!!
I'm pretty sure I've seen all of this information on Bioware's official site. Because I've seen this on Amazon a month or two ago and I wanted to confirm it... Yeah, no, it's definitely there on Bioware's site. Same as it was when I looked like last week. They link to gamestop and everything. Not sure it's a leak. Here is that link: http://masseffect.bioware.com/me3/game/collectors/
I hope SR3 still has cheats for infinite health and sprint, low gravity, and angry cars that chase you. My favorite thing to do in SR2 after I finished it was to turn this on and run around the city, dodging cars, getting hit and watching my character's ragdoll go flying gayly through the air. Adding super explosions to the mix is also quite fun.
Pick me!!! I won't be buying Skyrim this year and there is no way in hell I would pay the amount of money that the collector's edition costs; but I wouldn't mind owning it if it was free.
I don't understand why people would be predicting the game would be horrible. Plenty of XBLA games are amazing and high quality. It will probably just be a little shorter and cheaper. I'm pretty excited. Can't wait to see what they do with it. The second DLC episode of Alan Wake was great; hopefully it takes what they did there and expands upon it.
Can't wait for this game. Better pre-order soon, so I can get my Genki pack. This trailer makes me wish I had more friends that played Xbox... I can never really take advantage of games that require online co-op.
Maybe I missed something, but I'm pretty sure they are giving away the case only; not a console. That being said it's a pretty frivolous item. Which is why it would be the perfect thing to win for free.
