Clouds sword looks like a dagger compared to that pixelated behemoth of a sword.Hope the game doesn't get sued or anything. because when I first saw this, I was so amazed at the awesome retro look fused with the graphics of today
what about Eirika from Fire Emblem: Sacred Stones. She wasn't objectified in any way. she had caring personality to just about everyone, friend or foe. She never lost her temper and did her best to keep up the morale of her crew with comforting words. she may have stumbled along the way, especially when faced with Lyon (who had been her childhood friend and was now a host for the demon lord with his soul slowly being feasted upon) but she found the resolve to see these problems through. I Personally, I think she's the most tasteful and realistic women in any videogame, but I suppose she's not well known enough to be on this list.
dang it! the cover of the game and the strange name made me think this could be one of those underappreciated gems that maintstream simply doesn't acknowledge. but it's just a scrapper foraging off of the big dogs of rpg, trying to fit in. oh well, at least Nostalgia is fantastic,
umm.. in my opinion it seemed like towards the end, you guys drifted away from the professional motif you were aiming for at the beginning of the feature. It was still a good and funny feature, but you lost some of the humor and scientific vocabulary along the way
I want the ODST soundtrack to inspire my futuristic drawing to new heights. I've never been very good at designing mechs or spaceships and such. but with the wonderful jazz of the future that is ODST, I believe I may just be able to turn this predicament around. My forte in design is more in the rpg style, knights, monsters, mytical stuff, etc. I listen to a lot of RPG music, and that helps these designs, but It's sad to say the I don't have much music to inspire my mechs and such. I love how bungie is taking steps forward and trying new things, and this is incorporated into their new ODST OST (OMG). Music that tries new things and sounds this unique and balanced is just what I need to level up my futuristic designs.
eh, I don't think I'll be finishing that. I got tired of doing it after the first 151 pokemon, with a forth of them no having any spelling suggestions. oh well, that'll be the feature that never was
to get the wheels on this feature going, I will personally check all 493 pokemon on spell check and then copy paste it into a message and send it to a gr member
so when are you guys going to get around to that feature about spell checking butchering the names of pokemon? this article is over a year old, and this feature hasn't come up yet.
man, I gotta hurry up and get the first No More Heroes. But first I have to move my wii out of the living room. The amount of swearing in No More Heroes won't be taken by my parents too well. After all, according to them, the Fire Emblem and metroid games are too violent for teens
Goodness, Spidergonzo, you are best described by GR in the review as "the most joyless of non-gamers". And I don't know what drugs you were taking when you said Okami sucked and is among the pile of sad games, but Okami was fantastic and like No More Heroes, is game of the best and most original art. Spidergonzo, you should be ashamed of yourself, you need to go cry in a corner and repent for your stupidity, you joyless non-gamer.
the first game I bought by myself was none other than the original Super Smash Bros for the N64. Man, that was a great game. I still play Super Smash Bros brawl once in a while, which uses the same formula and gameplay. But despite how long and how often I've played the games with my friends and the terrible online for Brawl, the only character I can use fairly well is Kirby.
I thought it'd be a super review. First you didn't add it in the games of fall 09 in an earlier feature and then you don't give the game a super review. Pokemon Platnium got a super review, and that's just the same pokemon game plaeyed since the GB days with a face lift. Seems to me something isn't right here
I'm glad to hear that Bubsy didn't air for a whole season. Just thinking that kids grew up watching horrors like Bubsy for their Saturday cartoon runs chills down my spine. Not to mention the fact that the kids who watched that show and enjoyed it in any way, amount, shape, or form are roaming the streets, and could be acting like Busby. the horrors.
