I disagree with the avatar thing - especially what you said about creating characters not being the fun parts of games. For example, LittleBigPlanet, without the creativity and ability to customize your Sack person, is nothing more than just a boring, repetetive platformer with pretty graphics. Sure, even with the ability to customize characters it's nothing special, but you get my point right? And also, it's nice to have something to look at while you're deciding what game to play, and creating funny avatars and Miis is entertaining. And Miis have lots of uses, like Wii Sports. Would you rather play as some generic tennis character than your Mii? And XBox avatars are new, but they're used for games like Kingdom for Keflings. So really, this article is inaccurate, because you can't tell us what we do and don't care about.
Nintendonerd = Fuck off. GamesRadar is the biggest dick ass site on the internet and I'm tired of their fucking fanboyism. I wouldn't act like this on any other site but when it's a site this awful I couldn't care less what kind of reputation I have.
GamesRadar is far too unprofessional to review games. This score couldn't have been based on the actual game, but more so on their strange admiration for retro games. It's sad how easy it is to get a 10 from GamesRadar. Just make a game with 8-bit graphics and no matter what it is you can expect an amazing score.
A perfect example of fanboyism. I beat the first Portal on the PS3 version of Orange Box and it sucked. Why the hell should a game that's basically the same get a 10/10?
