I learned my lesson with the DSi, that I should be waiting for bundles, but seriously?! I'm jealous of European gamers now who have waited. Hopefully something cool comes to the U.S. soon, or I'm just going to get the black/white one.
First video: Juri, C.viper, Go Hibiki (Dan is Dead. Or maybe zombie Dan. Or maybe just part of the story) Second video: Eddy(?), another tekken guy, return of alt costumes or bosses.( No way robo-gief is in) Third Video: Supposedly, Bryan, Balrog (Boxer, it's his boot), R.Mika (It's her sleeve.)
I'm most hype for R.Mika. I always wanted to paly as her, and I would love to see how my favorite characters, like Sagat or Hugo, or another charater to try out, Poison, pairs up with her.
Oh, god, I love these guys. I saw this video on eventhubs, and I've been watching everything these guys do together. It's cool how guys can get so involved with their respective companies and series, but still be very good friends, even as their fans feud.
Atlus took a dive here. They really put a lot into this and it was just a huge risk. It was something that a lot of people weren't used to. A wacky story having to do with affairs and curses, friends and lovers, and a gameplay that was pure puzzles and climbing that looked like it would get dull fast, with outragous bosses that were just impractical and, frankly, crazy. The best part is... It worked! The game has an incredibly deep and complex puzzle system that always got more challenging, yet somehow avoided getting infuriating when you got stuck. The story made you like all the characters you met, from the more important characters like Cathrine and Vincent's friends, to the smaller characters like the Bar patrons. Every character kinda evolved as you kept playing, and you actually feel a little sad when some of the characters die. The characters are very memorable and likable. Seriously, this game is awesome.
Well, Seth Killian wanted the keep AE where it's at right now, but Ono-chin was talking about "Super Street Fighter IV: AE 2k12", so Ono-chin was pushing for an update after many people were complaining on his twitter about it. The tournament was probably the final straw when it came to the update. I'm looking forward to it, even though it doesn't yield any new character.
Well, if you think about it, Mega Man legends 3 started off because of fan support, kept going because of fan support, and died because of fan support. Capcom has been living off of fan support, seeing how it was the reason that MvC3, SFIV, SSFIV, the consolization of AE, and now, Street Fighter cross Tekken, UMvC3 (though, this is more of a cashgrab), and the comeback of Darkstalkers, after the slide at comicon that just flat out said "DARKSTALKERS ARE NOT DEAD". MML3 started off of fan support, and they were happy, but capcom had to keep it alive off that same fan-support so they started the dev blogs and progress report and everything, which was just low in general. Besides that, megaman sales have been down, and this most likely wouldn't be a smart or safe investment. The only reason people are obsessing about it is because it's gone.
I've been playing online a lot. It's sad, ebacsue I've only seen about 1/5th of the cast being used. The only characters I've seen are Oni, Evil ryu, Ryu, Ken, Chun, Fei, Yun, Yang, and Akuma. It kinda pisses me off.
As an avid Fighting game player, scrubs are all over the place, and they ALWAYS complain about any character that has an unblockable setup, or or just power characters or whatever. then Sentinel was nerfed way too much. Way to go.
