ahhaah nice but i always like the original designs better, iono. i like it when its all bulky and tough looking. kinda like a King Tiger. I have the heavy bulk tough looking PS1, PS2 and PS3 and im proud of it XD
i would sayy.... hmmm...
GTA: San Andreas and the Sims :P
GTA, San Andreas because there's soo much thing to do, and im trying to conquer the whole Los Santos city, which i been trying for years, after gaining at least 2 territories, u always lose 1, DAMM ANOOYING!!!
and Sims, well u cant really finish the Sim...
can you?? CB, could answer my question that's not related to Kingdom Quest, or whatever that game was...
i think im a gob shit...
on PC i have a headset...
so i like to mess around, i can also be a drill sergeant once in a while but only when i play games like company of heroes or DOTA...
on consoles, im none....
I MISS THE OLD CRASH BANDICOOT!!!!! One of gaming's most original, revolutionary, and just plain funnest (most fun, for u grammerfreaks) series of games. The first 3 games, (Crash Bandicoot, CB 2: Cortex Strikes Back, and CB: Warped) were the best platformers. ever. no two levels are alike, each game brings dozens of new features to the table, and combines both 3d and 2d platforming (as well as the world's only badass character who likes to explore [Im looking at you sonic.]). then Travellers Tales got the rights to develop the game and ever since then IT SUCKED!!!!! maybe after Uncharted 2 naughty dog will go back to its' roots (fingers crossed)
i hav to say it would be unnecessary collectibles and hidden paths to find said collectibles. in the crash bandicoot games, after you spend months finally beating the levels and the bosses (i was six back then... it took me 3 years :P) you have to come back and find all of these gems and get relics and speed challenges and all this crap to give the game "replay value". there is no such thing as replay value. there's trophy-whoring and 100%-slutting but its never ever fun to play a game again.
ehh... next yr do it for the big three & the big publishers (ea, ubisoft, activision) instead of just 3 games (one of which isnt coming out nxt yr & the another whom i've never heard of) ALSO DO THE HL2: EP3 BOOTH FROM VALVE NEXT YEAR CUZ IT'LL BE THERE!! BETTA BELIEVE IT BABY!!!
ALL OF THESE WOULD BE A LOT BETTER WITH THE PS3 MOTION CONTROLLER!!!
FPS: if u hav access to an analog stick (which they may/may not hav on the ps3mote, i havent seen it) then u can hav an actual real fps game with it. plus, if you duck behind the chair, it could look like a melee, which would cause soo much frustration.
RTS: say you're about to tell a couple tanks where to go on the battlefield. How would u select those tanks? without an onscreen cursor, how would you know exactly where you're pointing? also, HOW WOULD THE GAME KNOW IF U ARE JUST NAVIGATING THE MAP, GROUPING PEOPLE, OR GIVING THEM DIRECTIONS??? u need buttons to toggle different settings/modes.
U DONT NEED A FULL-BLOWN CONTROLLER, BUT U NEED SOME SORT OF BUTTON INTERACTION!!!
i still believe that the ps3's motion controller is the only one that will capture the semi-hardcore demographic (hardcore is NEVER going to motion sensing)... just to throw that out there....
