Haha. Oh man, That sucks a lot for them. They end up leveling an /entire/ Town just by choosing the wrong type of Howitzer fire they wanted, although still getting a somewhat desired effect.

Not to mention, Everything you do in this game is permanent so that Town is gonna' stay like that.
Man, I'm lovin' this Game.

Haha.
I remember when I first had my PSP and I was like "WTF" because it was on Hold.

That, and funny that, I've also had the same problem with the original Metal Gear Solid. It took me a while to figure out O is select and X is back.

Haha. I still have the Gameboy Printer. That was pretty bad, but at the age I had it and used it, It was brilliant.

Didn't you guys forget the Camera thing? It just slipped into the Game section of the Gameboy Color and you could take pictures of things and put them into these little Arcade games and what not?

Haha. Nah. Just kiddin'. I care more about actual reviews than the score itself.
2 years, 8 months ago E3 09: What Sony MUST announce at its press conference
It's a bit early for Killzone 3 and Resistance 3 isn't it, GR? Sure. I want these announcements too being a big Fan of Sony, but Resistance came out late last Year, and Killzone came out nearly 3 months ago. Maybe next year Eh?

These complaints are valid. Coming fresh off the Demo from a few minutes ago, I'll full-well agree with how the Parkour element is too sticky, and when you're trying to get away, you hit something you don't want.

That, and I felt you die too quickly also.
Other than that, yes, "an 8 may have been better", but it's his opinion on the game and how he'll express it.
2 years, 9 months ago Which number is the best number?
It's kind've depressing Call of Duty 4 took all the fame from previously Great Call of Duty's ( i.e, United Offensive for the PC. ), and smothered it's fame in previous games faces with just a Perk System and some customization.

Haha. Some Full Metal Jacket action mixed in with some Call of Duty there on the Drill Sergeant? Nice.

@GIJoe01
That's how I feel. I played the original Call of Duty from Greenhorn all the way up to Veteran, playing through the entire thing once on each difficulty. I saw it as a Masterpiece at that day and age. Though 2 will always be and shall remain a PC Game to me, even though it went Console-based.
Otherwise, I have the same thoughts as you.

@IHazCheezburger
Now don't get me wrong, I like, in fact, love, console shooters like Killzone 2 or Resistance 1/2, Etc. But personally, although it works ( Much like the Battlefield series. ), should have stayed PC Based.

Knowing Infinity Ward, they're going to copy 4. And yet again, everyones going to buy into it even though its the same Game with a new skin over it and a few new weapons. Woop-de-doo. I understand it's a successful franchise, but half the reason Call of Duty has turned to utter Crap, is because it moved over to the consoles.

In my opinion, this series was much better suited towards Computers. Larger Battles, Community-made Maps, Community-made Tanks, Balanced maps that aren't just a square. And unlike many games, the Vehicles weren't unbalanced so no one complained.
2 years, 9 months ago Can Tekken 6 outclass all other fighters?
Tekken has always been a classic to Me. It may not go back as far as Street Fighter, but Tekken is very much a Classic to the fighting genre.

I hate though how every is synonymous with Yoshimitsu being associated with Soul Caliber to all these people that never played a Tekken game in their Life. It's disappointing to see such a great character ruined though by such a mediocre fighting series. ( In my opinion )Same applies for Heihachi.

God. I remember the heavy doses of nostalgia even now. The Rivalries between King and Armor King. Jin. Mokujin, the training doll. To this day, none of the 5 Tekken games even stand up in any way to the Original.

"Is it a bear"? "OH BOY OH BOY OH BOY" "WRESTLE!" God that's hilarious. "Does it have Arms?" "Good Point" "It /Must/ be a Bear!" "WRESTLE!"

And that 1987 voice really would make me go after it till' I beat the pulp out of it multiple times. I see what you mean.
2 years, 10 months ago Lost Planet 2 – exclusive hands-on
Thing is, I've been looking for a Cooperative Game ( A good one that is ) that isn't entirely Online Co-op. Since it is Good and usually always fills up when you find a game, it doesn't necessarily mean they won't leave right in the middle of it and leave yourself screwed over and Die, say, in the middle of the Salamander fight.

Now if they added Split-screen, which a lot of developers seem to think is last-gen and never used anymore due to revolutionary online, it would be a whole lot better. Not to mention not having to go through the trouble of muting every single Moron who has to play Slayer as loud as possible on their Mikes.

Though a Valid point with the Combat, if you didn't like it in the first place, why get the DLC for it? Simple as that.
2 years, 10 months ago Why Batman: Arkham Asylum is better than Splinter Cell, Metal Gear and Devil May Cry
I just watched a few GDC Trailers and the such. and Yes, the stealth does look promising. but. If you have all that power. How is the game Hard, or revamp the difficulty?

Make Metal Gear or Sam Fisher look like Amateurs? I can't particularly say, I highly doubt it seeing as the A.I in MGS4 was simply amazing how they didn't just give up looking for You, and you couldn't just lay down in the middle of the open, but I guess I'll have to wait and see about this Game. I'm still skeptical, but that skeptical feeling is slowly moving towards Optimistic.
2 years, 10 months ago Secrets of the Modern Warfare 2 teaser revealed
Dawgs. If you bothered to read my post, I said "All Ghillied Up", is one of the better missions in Call of Duty. Aka, In your words, "the Sniper level." The problem is, the only other level I felt like I was "Wow"ed by was the opening S.A.S level. Yes. The Nuke was a new thing to players, but, they could've done better than let you just walk around and fall over. That was just plain dumb.

S'just, I remember playing the original Call of Duty, before all these perks and the such seemed to dominate the Gaming industry, and WWII wasn't completely cliched, It felt more like there was a 'War' going on. I remember one of the opening Russian levels where your Commissar shoves an empty pistol in your hand, and screams at you to, more or less, "Die for the Motherland" while once you step on the battlefield, You're getting bombed and shot at.
Now I don't doubt Infinity Ward's talent, they could just do more with it.
2 years, 10 months ago Secrets of the Modern Warfare 2 teaser revealed
Personally, I don't have a problem with Swimming sections in Video Games if done right. Though, Infinity Ward is going to have to do a lot more than just this gimmick of a 'Perk' system. All that is is a handicap for Bad. Players. I want an actual enriching Single Player for once. I'm sick of Developers solely focusing on Multiplayer and then we end up either getting a crap Single Player, or, Both.

I want more of a 'War' feel to this one. All Ghillied up did this well, from the feeling of God you had, to how you saw "there used to be hundreds of thousands of people here". Where your fellow Marines aren't just a bunch of tough guy Grunts, and have actual personality, morals, ethics, Etc. But y'know. I'm asking for a bit much.

The Teddy bear I would assume is some sort of collectable I might think. And at first, I thought the part where they said "Remember, No Russian" could be a Undercover, 'Soldiers-disguised-as-Civilians Role. but that's a new take on it.
