9 ways to improve CoD: Modern Warfare
When I play CoD4 and I kill someone with Martyrdom I always say with the most venom I can conjure, "Martyrdom scum." Not even when I get killed by them just when I encounter one of those people. I have no respect for someone that caliber of noobness.

Stabbing through Killzone 2
That's a pretty big flaw. They'd better fix this before I get my hands on it because if they don't I'll always have this in the back of my mind....

The BEST FREE games to play this holiday
Wow Nanaca Crash brings back some fond memories of all the students in my 8th Grade class huddled around the one computer without a firewall trying to beat each others' high scores. Sure there were the 'penguin toss X' people playing their little games, but we were playing the greatest fucking game ever. It made NO SENSE!!! That game isn't new though, that was like 5 years ago that this stuff happened.

3 years, 2 months ago Gears of War 2's unanswered questions
I feel like the story in Gears of War as a franchise is meant to be speculated on. I hope that even in the final game there aren't so many filled in cracks that there is no longer room for individual thought. I loved the story in Gears 1 because it was so briefly glimpsed that it REQUIRED intellectual speculation about what was happening. Why was Marcus in prison? Who are the bad guys here? Questions like these weren't answered and gave us a whole two years to think about. It made you think because there was nothing else to do that was Gears related between games. Instead of just answering a bunch of questions in the simplest way possible, Gears of War continues to tease us and leave out answers. Perhaps it's meant to have us infer the answers instead of outright giving them to us like an intelligent book or film. That would certainly make everything more interesting.

Lol I did forget about Cole on the intercom! That part was amazing! I like how the Locusts reacted to it too like it showed two buddy Locusts like "wtf is that!?"

Also I figured out they did have the Cole Train Rap in the game if you go into the arcade in the Day One multiplayer map and stand really close to the Thrashball machine (looks like a foosball table) and turn the volume up. You can hear a remixed but more subtle version of the Cole Train rap coming out. :D

That Skorge part totally fucking broke my spirit. I played through the game on Solo Hardcore (because anything less is for noobs) and that section was completely unbalanced. The locust shooting you could come out behind you, the poison grenades were inescapable when combined with the falling pillar you have to dodge (which didn't always work right) and those fucking tickers would blow the shit out of you in one hit if you didn't dodge them while simultaneously being out of the shooting Locust's line of sight, the falling stalagtites AND miss the 30 poison grenades thrown from the ceiling. That part seriously got me screaming, "Who the fuck made this? Not the same people who made the rest of the game!"

As for Marcus and Anya's romance, there was ONE subtle hint towards that in Gears of War the original. When Anya steps out of the chopper in Act 1 Marcus looks at her like he's really interested. This combined with the end of Gears 2 (which may have been successful in showing a love story if Anya didn't do the hammy 'hand to heart' thing) suggests that either Marcus secretly has a crush on Anya and his feelings are confirmed when she shows she's interested OR they have a past. These plot points will make for interesting threads in the sequel if they choose to pursue them, although giving Marcus a love interest goes against Epic's mantra of not giving the main character too much personality because the player IS the main character. Maybe it's supposed to show how everybody kind of gets a little crush on the girl telling them what to do while playing (Cortana, Alyx, etc.)

Wow I wrote a lot. OK I'm done. Great article GamesRadar!

I cannot wait for this game. Great article, GamesRadar!
3 years, 3 months ago Why Star Wars: The Old Republic is better than another KOTOR
I've been looking to get into an MMO but every time I tried out WoW or anything else there was something missing. Apparently this game is going to be that MMO for me. I love Star Wars and I love Bioware and I love what they're doing with this game. This will be so worth putting all that time in because not only are you playing a fun game but you're immersed in a universe that is actually recognizable and means something to you (or at least to me). The Star Wars universe is way more interesting and has a richer history than Azeroth imo but that's just me. Anyway, I'm so excited for this game!
