I apparently have the pleasure of being the first to comment post-launch.
Let me just say, this game is really fun; while it still lacks a substantial story, gameplay has been improved, and the difficulty ramped up for a variety of reasons.
If I can get XBOX Live, this game may just hold me over until stupid freaking Half-Life2: Episode 3 comes out.
This is so lame. A word-for-word copy of a special zombie-edition magazine I bought...how long ago? At least 6 months. I hope that the publishers know you guys are doing this.
Why do people grief other players? To me it seems like a pretty dick move...but it can be funny. The problem is I don't have a mic so when people mess around I can't say anything, just play on a different server or w/e.
I like the trivia bit. Funny and fair. Plus, it was hilarious watching average players getting pissed out of their minds...
I'm mad as hell that I spent $60.00 plus tax on L4D1, thinking it would really blow my mind and continue to do so with DLC (which it really hasn't done, period [-Xbox 360-]). While L4D2 is undeniably awesome, L4D1 had a lot more potential. Instead of following up on a good game released less than a year ago, VALVe should finish what they fucking started 10-11 years with Half-Life, or at least tease at it. All the VALVe fanboys (myself included) have to show for the wait on HL2:3 are -2- pieces of concept art and a handful of less-than-positive interviews.

Kidding. Still <3 VALVe.
Cheers!
