Another question that's easy-ish.

How do you connect your PS3 controller to your PC?


The reason is if you Google it half the answers are spyware/malware/blah, blah, blah while hooking up a wired 360 controller is as easy as plugging it in.

No valid gaming website has ever officially walked a gamer through using a pad with a PC.

Well since my last gaming rig took a shit on me, I'm looking to build a new one.
People complain, but a decent rig can be built for a decent price as long as you're not out in the middle of nowhere, getting gouged on shipping.


I think I might end up going Nintendo/PC by the time I get the wherewithal to be able to build a new PC.

I had a couple ideas while playing Resident Evil: Revelations today:


1. Why can't some people see 3D even if they can see out of both eyes? Subquestion, why do some people get eye fatigue faster than others when they can see 3D?


2. Why does the 3DS take 3 hours to charge and yet only has about a 3 hour battery life?
(Guessing that the multicore processors along dual screens. Also, I would be that it has better batteries than the DSi, just the screen size, the fact that 3D requires 3 screens to be processed at once compared to the 2 screens of the DSi, and the faster processor drain it faster.
I also think that it charges slower because there are bigger batteries in the 3DS, just above reasons make it seem like smaller batteries)

I was never really a Wipeout fan. I always preferred the Bat-shit insane speeds, always just on the edge of control of F-Zero.

Which is why I really enjoyed Excite Truck. Despite looking like ass it had that F-Zero feel of being just on the edge of control.

I thought that the boxes for Marathon by Bungie for Apple and it's sequels where neat, they didn't stack well (at all) but they were neat.

So, basically too big to fail?

This is very inflammatory journalism. I know you didn't directly attribute the headline as a quote but it is implied.

At best, it's something a NeoGAF user would title a tread to encourage trolls, at worst it's something even TMZ wouldn't do because they actually show you the Q&A on video even if the editors start joking around and taking a quote out of context they start by showing the context.

It's just very trashy journalism.

Well, I think since FF6 only about every other game gets a satisfying ending.
FF7 ended in a "What?" FF8 wrapped up everything. (I didn't play 9)
FF10 was another "What?" and FF12 ended nicely.

Yeah, Steam sales are fucking amazing. So are the Humble bundles which is where I picked up VVVVVV and Super Meat Boy and Shank and others for $6.

I just wish that they would have sales instead of mostly fixed prices.

How about a Winter or Spring of Sales to sell the Summer of Arcade games at a slight discount.

That's about what I expected based on the demo. I was disappointed by the lack of variety in enemies and even more so to know that this isn't just the case with the demo but I'll still probably pick this one up down the line.
