EA! EA! EA! @FanofSaiyan - It's not as simple as Harmonix taking over GH. It's about Activision sacrificing the creativity, value and diversity found in the RB franchise for more SKU's and throwaway titles. Rock Band DLC far outnumbers GH DLC. GH DLC (At least in the UK) costs over one and a half times as much as RB DLC. Just look at the last main titles. Warriors of Rock featured the new features of a Quest mode and "character powers". Rock Band 3 featured keyboards, vocal harmonies, pro modes, which in turn now allows people to actually learn to play the instruments, overthrowing so many people's complaint that people that play music games should learn to play them. It's this kind of innovation that we risk losing if Activision owns Harmonix. |

Please please PLEASE give this a similar style to the earlier games. Strangers Wrath wasn't bad, but it'd just not real Oddworld. Also, Abe had better appear, even just a cameo. |

Damnit, I was hoping there's be a sequel. Brutal Legend was one of my favourite games of last year. I even enjoyed the RTS parts, sure it might have been quite out of place, but it didn't ruin the game for me. As long as they fixed the sound effects, a sequel would have been awesome. I think Seth Green is great, and that advert was delightful (Can you tell I'm English yet?), certainly better than just about every WII and DS ad I've seen in my life. But yeah, he clearly doesn't give a shit about Dragon Quest IX. Can't say I blame him though... |

Can't believe how awesome this looks like it's going to be. One thing though - I would have hoped it would have more songs on-disc than the last game: RB1 had 58, RB2 had 84, I was expecting at least 100-120 to come with RB3, but apparently it'll only be 83. Can't wait for this, I loved the PS2 MK games (even if, looking back, they could be rather horrendous), so it's great to see the series is back on form. I've enjoyed SSFIV, but it's just too tame for me. Nothing can really compare to Kung Lao's deadly headwear or the chilling menace of "GET OVER HERE!" |

I agree with Coolbeans, how can you not be thrilled by that songlist? Can't wait for the full list. @CurryIsGood Hopefully we'll get the whole first or LA Woman album as DLC. Or both! |

I got SSF4 this morning, so this new MK is going to have to be pretty special. I've always preferred MK, but the last few were so disappointing. This had better do away with the awful Quest mode and have PROPER fatalities (both classic and new ones). Then, I'll be happy. |

The monster movies point is great. What I want is a real werewolf game, starting with getting infected. You'd have a large area to explore, a couple of cities and plenty of rural space inbetween, spending the day trying to find a cure and solve the mystery of the transformation. At night, you'd transform, and need to feed on people to survive. Whether you take the easy route and feed on innocents in the street or try to only kill those that deserve it would be up to you. P.S. how has no-one said BASEketball yet?! |

Well, they might take their sweet time developing them, but it's pretty hard to argue with the sheer quality of Valve's work. I'm happy to wait the extra year if it's half as good as the first one. |

Has anyone considered the possibility that the Aperture facility from Portal was the Borealis. At the end of Portal you set of some huge spatial event and that could have been what teleported the Borealis to its new location. If it was some kind of near future super tanker I see no reason it couldn’t be the facility from Portal. |

If we're strictly talking about money then I'd have to agree with this. We all know how many people own Wii's. Still I think this is the year PS3 is finally going to prove itself useful and since I just got one that makes me very happy. |
