I played the leaked beta build of the game (on lowest settings and resolution!) and I absolutely loved it, its a great modernised take on a deus ex game. The only complaint I had was when blind-throwing grenades at an angle, the grenade would sometimes bounce of the cover like it happened in the FAP. Oh and the forced boss fights suck a little too. |

Great review. I've been looking forward to this game so much in the recent months and it has certainly lived up to my excitement levels. I'm glad the game doesn't skirt around the grisly elements of the crimes. Also nice to see you can turn off the evidence cues from the options, other reviews I read haven't pointed this out. I read it all, out of morbid curiosity more than anything. I'm not a fan of the storyline at all and that applies to all COD games. I play the COD games for a decent action thrill and the multiplayer but like I say, me knowing the story will not lessen the experience any for me. Although I understand it is a dickish move from whoever leaked this info. |

They really shouldn't have added dumb, generic and unwanted aliens into Red Faction but then to take the open world destruction of Guerilla and squeeze it into Mars' claustrophobic tunnels it seems as though the developer wants the game to be worse than the previous. |

I remember when I would have the occasional look at Metacritic at games/movie scores, when at a time I realised what it really is and I think that forming your views on games around Metacritic's scores is one of the biggest mistakes you can do as a gamer! ARGHHH WEEK OF HATE 2011! |
