So you can pay 150 dollars for this and get an RC Car with microphone and camera built into it, or pay 150 dollars for Halo: Reach and get a bunch of armor and some notes from a doctor and a little statue.
I was really looking forward to Kinect when I first saw it at E3 09, but after the games I've seen, I'm not. Even Milo doesn't look that cool anymore. Plus it has a hefty price tag, so I think I might pass on Kinect.
I don't have MAG, but I can agree with you on many points, and not because I suck. I honestly don't think it's fair that you can join a game in COD and have a guy destroy you in a few shots with the gun they've aquired. It's nice when you are not the victim, but when you are, it makes leveling up hell.
And yeah, it seems CoD has the biggest douches and the guys with the biggest e-peen.
"When we finished Mass Effect the first time, the very next thing we did was start it all over again"
Yes. I know this won't give the game a lot of credit unless you know me, but I'm hardly the one to play games multiple times. I'm a huge gamer, nerd and achievement whore, so when I'm finish with one I usually take it back to gamestop and get a new one, but this game. Oh man, it's so much different.
I beat this game 3 times. The first time I got it, a second time and again when I heard about Mass Effect 2, and for some reason it got better everytime.
This game is a huge inspiration for me, I mean it quite literally blew me away. I refer to this game constantly, and I recommend it to almost anyone. I'm an RP'er (in before shitstorm) and this game is so vast, so open, so much lore crammed into one game, that it's always a source of information for me when I'm RPing, OR writing.
Of course, there were its issues. The Biotics and the Combat system weren't that great and all, and the worlds were barren, but it's still heavily outweighed by EVERYTHING else in this game.
And you know what makes me cream myself? Mass Effect 2 is going to have everything and more. And everything is improved. I can't wait, fuck work, I'm playing this game.
I laugh at people who think that No Russian will convince kids to go around shooting airports. I for one, laughed my ass off during that scene and I shot everyone I could. Why? Because you don't do that in games. You just don't.
Just got it. I think CreeplyTuna said it best. The action is boring to me, you press A and stand still for a bit and hit people. Your character doesn't talk which annoys me. The graphics aren't as great as I seen (not that thats bad, but still..). But my biggest complaint is that I thought it would be mass effect. It's not, and that's why I don't like this game. From the short time I played it, I guess I can see it's some peoples kind of game, but it's not mine.
I found one to. Not really awesome but kind of interesting. On the level team player when the guys are on the bridge if you head over to where the guy is on the phone and look up you can see Shepard on the phone with someone. Possibly plotting against you?
wut.
