Hell yes, Tribes. I always cite that as a game that was ahead of its time--it's absolutely one of the first to design something where players had genuine specializations they could relish: defending generators, sniping, flag-stealing, ferrying teammates in vehicles. It's a basis for a lot of class-based shooters we've seen since, I think.
Great stuff, the Alan Wake guy is ridiculous. I'd love to see a "canonically incorrect" one, something The Simpsons' Comic Book Guy would cringe about: a Halo-helmeted avatar holding a lightsaber next to a Star Trek/Mass Effect accessory, or something.
The Biggest Loser one is painful, yikes. "Hey, let's have a TV host no one's familiar with talk about the game based on the show, but not mention or show details on the game itself."
