@db1331, While the games you've mentioned are fantastic, and hotly awaited, not everyone has decent taste in games, unfortunately. Tons of people are either stupid or nine years old, and buy games on social appeal, not actual merit. So, to the Great Unseen Maw of the consumer marked, CoD is the biggest thing since the ability to breathe air. |

@Phazon117: Been there, done that. It's actually not horrible if you are comfortable with firearms at all. I'd call it equivalent to a medium-gauge shotgun. I'm a piss-poor in-game sniper, but a crack shot in reality. The guy you hear muttering "stupid game that would never happen in reality" over your headset, thats me, being angry at a gun for being shit at distance. |

It isn't overlooked in any way, shape, or form, but the music from Halo and from Timesplitters 2 is really good! Also, brilliant article... game music deserves far more atention, especialy BioShock. |
