Don't think I came across any notable references during the short time I played WoW, and certainly not any of these ones. But reading this article did make me think...

Guild Wars is also loaded with tons of random references to things, including a character who is a reference to the whole Leeroy Jenkins thing from WoW here. The GR crew should do a similar article for that game if you guys ever get bored in the future.

For a good suicide bomber one, replace the Darkest of Days one with the "Fragmartyr" trophy from Killzone 2. Because that one actually requires you to, you know, KILL other people whilst taking your own life with the mentioned explosive device.

Ugh, between Uncharted 2, Brutal Legend, and Borderlands, October is looking to be one unfriendly month to my finances...

But where's the new Ratchet & Clank game? Isn't that coming out sometime October-ish as well, if I recall correctly?

Um...? Not really any, I think.

I've found that ever since I play the first Guitar Hero game, throughout all the various metal tracks that have been in these games (because metal is what I listen to) there have been very few occasions where I'm not already familiar with a band in some form.

No doubt there are some people out there who had their first exposure to At The Gates via "Blinded by Fear" as part of Rock Band's Earache Thrash Pack. Me? I looked at that and said "Oh hell YES!" Now we just need the rest of the album that that track is from.

Well let's see, since Super Mario 64 has already been deemed an unusable answer...

I think my favorite N64 game would have to be a toss-up between Star Fox 64 and the original Super Smash Bros. I never owned an N64 myself, but I have friends who did, and those were the games that I played the crap out of on their systems.

I used to have Drug Wars on the Palm Pilot I had towards the end of my gradeschool years, but never had it on my calculator during high school... Still, played the crap out of it on that Palm.
