Probably Starfox 64. I've always been a HUGE Starfox fan, and when I first played that game, every day was like Christmas. It's the one N64 game I continued to play long after that console was dead. At least, until I got Assault.

I understand wanting to make it thinner, but taking out the GBA slot seriously cuts into the game library. There were some fantastic GBA games available.
