"No character customization"? What kind of a complaint is that? Did you just make it up because you couldn't come up with anything else?

WHY would you expect customization in this game? The characters have personal lines that they say - in their very own voices - directly to other characters. Don't you think that's more important?

Besides, people are definitely going to make tons of skins, this being a Source engine game and all.

On the subject of Source, anyone who's doubting the lenght, consider that there will be many custom, fan-made campaigns as well. And obviously Valve will add more to the collection as well.
