I'm not saying that this review was actually good, but I heard more "not so nice things" about this game, wich is a shame. I used to play this in my old SNES (bought a new one since) a good 10+ years ago when I was a kid and I just couldn't get enough of it.
PS.: For those wondering... Tokyo is evolving to a level in wich you can already live well just by speaking english. I don't know if that's good or not (for Japan, I mean), but that's pretty much it. I wish the "people of nowadays" there would care more for the beautiful japanese culture of yesterday, but at least I think that will make the world closer somehow (and here's hoping this will mean less japanese berating "gaijins").
Man, I just noticed that "fake" Playstation with a cartridge...Well, I have news for You: it's not fake. It's a bootleg console called "Polystation"...Or maybe You actually knew that? Sorry if it was the case.
The problem here is the PS3 dude... C'mon, if You didn't have any bug, good for ya but both PS3 and 360 had problems so it's not like your "oh so superior version" isn't broken.
You just found your single buyer. I'm an Elvis' fan since I was 5 and I just love all the other songs in this game (with the exception of Whitney Houston)!
Where's my prize and why it's bad to be a gamer and love 50's to 80's?
Thankfully it's not Goldeneye, a 12 or something years old game that aged PRETTY badly. It was fun back in the day. Today? Why keep mentioning it? It's just like what happens with GTA: SA, people overrate it to heaven and then every following game is measured by it. C'mon. Leave the memories alone!
It's funny how people love to claim that GTA San Andreas is like "best game evahz zomg", but then point out "lot of useless open space" in other games. San Andreas had way too much lot of useless open space and people still talk about it's map to this very day. Not only it was lots of sand and grass for nothing, but it didn't have a feeling of "real scale" too.
In a minute You were in the city, then in the countryside, then in the desert, then another city, then a mountain. C'mon. GTA: SA is probably the mover overrated game I ever seen and played.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to see THIS game. The final product may be pretty good and I'm sure it's way more fun to play as a 60's biker in "useless open space" than to play as a 90's "ZOMGZ IM GANGSTA YO U DOWNZ" in "useless open space". My opinion.
I never forgot Mafia II. Actually, that's one of the games I'm waiting the most. I really liked the first one (probably the best game about the real f'n mafia and not some "gangsta" crap) and this is one game that I'll be sure buying on the first day!
Yeah, God bless America because the japanese and the rest of the world are not people, right? I'm saying that because I'm sick of games portraying the japanese as enemies and having japanese soldiers without limbs while the american are just dead, nothing much besides that.
I still cry to this very day when I see and hear about the goddamn bombs back in '45 and I have family that was present in Japan back then to say the terrible thing it was. And I'm even more sick of hearing that his was nothing compared to "ZOMGZ PURL HARBER" and things like that.
Don't get me wrong, I love USA, but there are things that I just can't stand anymore.
Thanks for the awesome article.
