I just figured out how to hack ALL terminals in 1 try/any answer! when you open it/enter click the first thing that's highlighted for you and press it, it should say "ALL DUDS REMOVED" then click any WORD

number 4 is the one that describes me, no matter what, i tell someone to wash their hands when they use my controller. if it is the "crappy" one or the "bad" one, i don't care they could wipe their ass with their hands and still use it... to bad all of mine are perfect

Okay to get a maxed out character (close to maxed out) First make specials like this:

S:6
P:6
E:6
C:1
I:9
L:6
then go get the intelligence bobble head at rivet city then find all the other bobble heads in the game (somewhere in this site) Then it would look like this:

A:7
L:7
then use intense training 10 times to look like this:

then complete the "THOSE!" quest (the one with fire ants) and go find the scientist dude in the subway place then do what he says AND DO NOT HURT THE QUEEN ANT! then he will ask you a question:
Would you like the Ant Might or Ant Sight injection?
I recommend Ant Might so strength would be 10,
but Ant Sight = perception 10*
