How do you get into the Armory in the National Guard Depot?!? I swear I've been going around in circles in there and I cannot figure it out. And there's this Utility Door in there... it says "activated elsewhere" but I haven't found a switch for it..... do I need to go through there to get to the Armory? And where is the Arlington House???
