I like the hit detection. When the enemies are being shot, you can really feel the bullets piercing them. It's not like most shooters where you simply shoot them until they drop, you can actually feel the damage.
Other than that, I like the aiming reticule that appears when you blind-fire, as it makes it much easier.
I also like how Naughty Dog has incorporated humor into the mostly serious storyline.
Oh, and of course, I like Chloe. I think it's cool how Naughty Dog's characters get more and more interesting and likable as their games progress.
Are you serious? Not only did you say the visuals are attractive, then say they're too cluttered, but you lowered the score because of it? None of your complaints even involve the gameplay.
The God of War III trailer WAS action packed, and it WAS gameplay. I don't know what you're talking about. Also, I'm sick of people complaining about the price of the PS3. You pay thousands of dollars for huge ass televisions but you won't pay $600 for video games, Blu Ray functionality, internet and an online store for buying demos and games?
Great article, but I think that on the unskippable tedium one, you should have added that the ability to pause is nice. Uncharted and MGS4 are, like, the only games that I've ever played that let me pause during cinematics.
@MikelReparaz = Fair enough, but I find it to be a tad unprofessional to compare a complete game to a game you've only played bits of. For all we know, Prototype could come out and be awful - or just disappointing.
Prototype comes out like a week after inFamous. You've played all of inFamous and only a little bit of Prototype, and you're already saying it's better.
They're not even similar. This debate between the two has always been dumb, and you just made it dumber.
