Star Wars: The Old Republic (PC): Star Wars: The Old Republic hands-on
Looks awesome and I'm excited for it. Just one concern I have:
"If you were to play each class in turn, you wouldn’t repeat a single mission, or see a repeated location."
Though this will surely make the game interesting, how will you play any PvE with friends if none of your missions or locations are the same? I'm just worried that by trying to make it more like a single-player game they may remove the things that keep people playing MMO's in the first place. I'm sure they'll find a way to make it work, I'm just curious to see how.

Retro consoles spawn modern music
@hiyohi55
Just curious, but if you hate this type of music, why are you commenting in this article to say so? You can see the name of the article before you open it, so why did you do so if you hate this and think it isn't real music? Do you buy tickets to sports teams you don't like or visit concerts of bands you hate? No? Then shut up.

The only franchise I always believe will be good are the mainstream mario and zelda games. I guess my reaction to reading this is how most fanboys usually feel when they read your articles. That said, I'm going to set the bar by saying: I politely disagree about New Super Mario Bros. Wii and think they'll resolve those issue by launch and/or it'll be fun anyway, but nevertheless respect your guys opinions. See how easy it is not to be a dick about these things?

E3 09: Mario Galaxy 2 sums up Nintendo's wrongs
Maybe I'm the minority here, but I could care less if Nintendo released several mario games using the same engine, so long as they switched with each new console. There have always been complaints that Nintendo relies to much on re-releasing the same games, but other companies just release some really similar games that aren't near the same quality, and just because different shooters, racers, ect. on other consoles have different names doesn't mean they aren't incredibly similar. The point is that although I completely agree with the resistance to Nintendo's current direction, I'll take similar mario sequels over Imagine Party Babyz any day.

The 10 most common game design mistakes
Nice article. On reflection, I think #4 could improve MMO's too if done properly. Questing for the merely above average items and getting ones with interesting affects would greatly increase the motivation for getting them as opposed to just another arbitrary stat increase. MMO's do this for epic items that take hundreds of hours to obtain, but it'd be nice if everyone could take part in the aspect of the game that's actually fun and rewarding.

WHEW it took a long time to read all those comments! Next time I'm about to read all the way through the comments I'll just read through Atlas Shrugged or the entire dictionary instead, it'll be faster. I don't know much about the game in question personally so let me just say this to both sides: Your actual opinions aside, as long as you give your arguments calmly and without spamming swears or personal attacks, you'll have the respect of me and all the other people's opinions who really matter.

TalkRadar 50 all about YOU
A truly epic ending...to podcast #50. But please don't let the magic end here! If you continue the podcast to 51 and beyond, I will post on every podcast from here on out and try to post on at least a couple other features a week for every week it continues. I already asked in 49, but please, please, PLEASE keep the podcast alive. Were it not for TalkRadar, GamesRadar would not truly be, the official website of the internet.

TalkRadar 49 your king demands it!
I have been listening to Tdar since the first podcast, but have not here or indeed anywhere else ever posted in a forum or comments section. Based on how much nagging to do so theres been in the cast, this makes me liable to have all my limbs ripped off and disemboweled while I watch. Still, I refused to comment. But if it'll help keep the podcast going, I'll comment on this and any other place on the site you want me to. Four more years!!! (or at least one, c'mon guys
