Ah, the infamous pig's blood dousing. I'm glad they abolished that in our school, though it was always fun to see the fear in their little eyes.

Fallout 3 (Xbox 360): How the new Fallout 3 DLC changes the game's ending
To continue the debate on Fawkes' sexual ambiguity, from what I read in the terminal it sounds like it didn't really matter what you were before since the patients' from the original tests sexual organs basically just disappeared or shrivel up and fall off. *shiver*

For sheer pointlessness I'll argue that n actually takes longer to say than D. While when you spell out their pronunciation, dee is longer than en, en actually takes longer to say out loud because it is a vowel sound as opposed to dee's consonant sound. nine is just right out as it is an entire word. Go ahead and say each out loud to yourself. D is the clear winner as you barely have to move your tongue to say it and the 2 es afterwords follow so fast as to be almost non-existent whereas n you have to wait for the vowel to pass before you can get to the cosonant for it to coherently sound correct.

Do I get some sort of award for winning the most pointless argument ever? Linguistics FTW!

Tests so far are inconclusive, but I'm leaning towards no.

Mario and Michael have changed about the same amount, but they went in different directions. Mario went with improvement and Michael went with the ,"OH JESUS WHAT IS THAT THING?! KILL IT WITH FIRE!!" direction.

Videogames versus the real world
I don't think comparing the Lancer to a real chainsaw was fair because it was more of a gun than a power tool. But then again there's Dead Space so video games still win anyway.

Also comparing modern warfare to WWI was a bit lopsided. Should have gone with World at War.

and Kirby is a fuzzy puffball, not gelatinous

@Spike_the Dogg

I might not get it. But that has nothing to do with the graphics. I just haven't touched a new DS game in a while. Been trying to keep up with my 360's new games. I had mirror's edge for like 2-3 weeks before I actually played it.

Looking at the screens makes me depressed. Why are all the great strategy franchises going gritty? I've always loved fire emblem, But now the maps all look like the old ones with a new coat of crap paint. The games didn't need this in my opinion.

@Red

Well it kind of worked because for Days of Ruin because it switched from charming story and charming graphics, to gritty story and gritty graphics (even though that was a serious slap in the face to fans). It was essentially a huge reboot and made the series into something completely different. On whether you like it or not, your mileage may vary. But the problem with Fire Emblem's change is that the story was already serious before and the charming graphics didn't detract from that. In my opinion, it now looks worse than in previous recent entries.
