This list could easily have been based purely on acts of animal cruelty, so I picked just the 'best' ones. And Overlord's kill 100 baby seals achievement trumped Fable II's rabbit shooting.
Until someone actually comes up with a 'nail-bomb a kitten orphanage' achievement, I think the baby seal massacre wins the most sick.
I almost put in the 'Kick the Chicken' Achievement from Fable II, but the Call of Juarez entry already had chickens covered. And blowing them up with dynamite just seems way harsher than giving them a kick. EGGSPLOSION!!!
@Bossco
Game publishers are much more cagey about budgets and earnings than movie distributors. Success is measured more in number of copies sold, not amount of dollars made.
@MadMarcus: I already answered that on the first page of the comments, but it should be in the mines (accessible from the north side of Monteriggioni's outer walls) after you renovate them.
@bullard: The only thing I can suggest is that you look over the screenshots, and if you see any locations that look unfamiliar, go and investigate them.
@Timgamer777: Check the maps again - there are 20 glyphs, listed and marked, with location descriptions and screenshots for each. (I double-checked after seeing your comment, and everything's there.) That's 5 in Florence, 1 in Monteriggioni, 5 in Tuscany/San Gimignano, 2 in Romagna/Forli and 7 in Venice. There aren't any glyphs in the mountains, so I hope you're not hunting for them there.
Listening to it and reading the new issue of OPM UK.
On a side note, Scottish Dave had a brilliant paragraph in this issue of OPM UK about his greatest moment in PlayStation history. The way that he described it was fantastic!

Yes, I'm a veggie.
And if I had to list Pixar films in order of best to worst, it'd probably be:
Toy Story
Monsters Inc
Toy Story 2
Up
Wall-E
Finding Nemo
The Incredibles
Bug's Life
Ratatouille
Cars (which I'd forgotten all about)
