@helix92 That's pretty true, probably had something to do with the 3rd movie. Oddly enough, I'm kind off lukewarm on the the 1st one too. But the second movie I can watch over and over! It's like a really kickass season of a great TV show.
I never said that, Mr. Wilde! Rather, I was trying to make a perverse statement on contemporary gaming's chauvinistic tendency to marginalize the feminine. Privates is a defiant shot across the bow of the S.S. Testosterone, mister! By asking us - nay, FORCING us - to accept an unflinching vaginal depiction, one that embodies both enemy and environment, the game is casting off the shackles of a largely male dominated industry and pitting the audience squarely against a powerfully artistic machination of its own misogyny...
Also, I really hope the last boss is a Queef Pirate. LOLFART!
@ventager HA! I really do want them to start naming platforms after Nintendo chracters, so "The Nintendo Weegee (WiiGii?)" is right up my nerdy ass alley
Not sure how many people have left, but I found it more concerning that those who did seemed to be from high level creative positions and integral to the quality of the game. I'm scared!
The Splinter Cells series received high scores because they set the bar extremely high in terms of top of the line visuals, realistic AI, etc... Whether that solidifies them as "classics" is another story, and altogether moot, since Conviction doesn't really innovate along those lines anyway.
Oh, and if you can see it from your high horse, you may want to go compare my thoughts with those on Metacritic.
Oooo! Aren't we the elite gamer! Sorry you're all butt hurt about my opinion, but if it weren't reflective of what gamers wanted, why did Ubi spend so much time developing (and redeveloping) it into something a majority of next-gen gamers want to play?
Outside of cutscenes and retstarts (I died A LOT) yeah, the single-player is pretty short. The Co-op, however, is f***ing amazing. I can easily see it tripling your play time. Can't wait to play more co-op
Got so pissed listening to that lady pathetically pander to the audience, I went and looked up her bio...
It might make you feel better to know she had no moral dilemma when it came time to cash her paycheck for a role in Martian Gothic: Unification, A +17, M-RATED GAME FOR PC AND PSX.
The DSi XL is so big, it stars Tom Hanks The DSi XL is so big, it can play Laserdiscs The DSi XL is so big, it’s sold exclusively at GameStop: Big and Tall The DSi XL is so big, it makes other DS models look small by comparison
I haven't had an all out crash on my 360 copy, but I've had more than a few telltale signs that it's about to.
Following battles and cinema transitions, I'll get a momentary freeze, or that loud sound of the disc struggling to read... It's truly terrifying each and every time! I don't consider it a sign of "Will FFXIII crash?" but rather "Oh god, WHEN will FFXIII crash?" SAVE OFTEN!
