@garnsr I like the new Prince of Persia game. Not nearly as much as Sands of Time, but it's definitely good. What I don't like is the new Prince of Persia hero. He's annoying and trying way too hard. Plus, his voice is distractingly generic, if such a paradox is possible.
@matt588 Yeah, I liked Sander Cohen too. Mostly because his level is my favorite in the game. I didn't kill him when leaving that area, and only reluctantly murdered the poor fellow later, when he attacked me in his apartment.
Blackheart2099: If the elevator door is blocking your way, look for an airduct on the wall next to the door. That should lead you to the rest of the Medical Facility.
I already left a clue to the Spirit of Arkham's location, earlier in these comments. If you really want his / her identity spelled out for you, though, read this article:
@pinoy131 You're on the right track. Use the vent above the Sanatorium elevator door to drop down the shaft. Once at the bottom, you should be able to spot another vent that will lead you to the rest of the Medical Facility.
Also if you can't view the larger versions of the images, it's probably due to Internet Explorer. Try using Firefox. Still, it should work in IE so we'll try to sort it out.
@MadMarcus: I already answered that on the first page of the comments, but it should be in the mines (accessible from the north side of Monteriggioni's outer walls) after you renovate them.
@bullard: The only thing I can suggest is that you look over the screenshots, and if you see any locations that look unfamiliar, go and investigate them.
@Timgamer777: Check the maps again - there are 20 glyphs, listed and marked, with location descriptions and screenshots for each. (I double-checked after seeing your comment, and everything's there.) That's 5 in Florence, 1 in Monteriggioni, 5 in Tuscany/San Gimignano, 2 in Romagna/Forli and 7 in Venice. There aren't any glyphs in the mountains, so I hope you're not hunting for them there.
