Pokemon Monday will be back in some form soon, but it probably won't be every week like it used to be. So yes, please stay tuned for a new episode within the next month or so. =D
Yup, I would agree with that! I enjoyed Rumble Blast for what it is, and I liked the original WiiWare one a lot too. Rumble Blast is quite a bit longer than Rumble, so some of the issues with repetitiveness are a little more apparent here, but at the same time it's not necessarily a bad thing that it's longer either. It's not a game you'd want to play for hours at a time, but playing it here and there is still quite fun.
I would say the final boss is most similar to Dark Matter from Dream Land 2. Not disturbing, but *really* tough. There's a really cool bit near the end too - I can't really say anything without spoiling it, but you'll know it when you get to it.
If you feel really self-concious, the Wi-Fi at these events always extends into the parking lot, so you don't even have to get out of your car if you don't want to enter the store. That said, you should own your OG Pokemon trainer status and walk in with pride.
Because he looks nothing like Garrus at all. Even if Garrus's scars were healed, his tattoos are totally different. If you knew anything about turian culture you'd know that a turian's facial tattoos signify the colony they're from, so it wouldn't make sense for Garrus to suddenly have totally different tattoos.
I think it's possible to play through ME1 and ME2 without your Shepard disclosing his/her sexuality. Like paganpoet mentioned above, you don't have to choose any romance options if you don't want to - you can turn everyone down.
Furthermore, I don't think every romance-able character in ME1 and ME2 always disclosed their sexuality outside of the actual romance dialogue. There's a difference between just assuming Garrus is straight because he didn't say otherwise and his character actually disclosing his straightness through dialogue. Just because a character didn't "come out" directly through dialogue doesn't make a gay romance option later in the story inconsistent.
@crumbdunky - I agree, I don't think "no multiplayer" should be a complaint when a game wouldn't suit it in the first place. in this case though, Bastion's gameplay is quite well-suited for a co-op mode. this was also a case of really having to reach to think of seriously hate-worthy complaints about the game.
@insidiousFox - I feel like 6 hours is a good size for an XBLA game, so I don't think it's too short at all. And yes, it does have a new game+ mode and it's definitely replayable at least twice.
I'll reserve judgment until we hear more about his actual personality, but I'm just not interested in any of the human squadmates in the ME series, with maybe the slight exception of Miranda. Show us the aliens!
If you want something a little more robust than Alleyway, there's also a DSiWare breakout clone called AlphaBounce ($4) that's worth checking out. It's got tons of power-ups and randomly generated levels, plus it has RPG elements like equippable ship upgrades and the like. I've been playing it a lot lately.
