@EwoksTasteLikeChicken True COD does get boring to some people, even to me at times, but I was just using it as an example, battlefield and halo could also be used as examples of traditional shooters whos formulas just work. Also I agree bulletstorm was a breath of fresh air but it just was so short and after i beat it I had no incentive to play anymore.

wow I have to totally disagree with bulletstorm that was my most regrettable purchase of a 360 game ever, okay game, campaign was kind of fun but the lack of weapons and lack of replay value was unbelievable. Everyone says "Oh bulletstorm its so innovative because you can shoot people in new ways and throw people at things with your leash, you can even kick a guy into a cactus!" That's cool and all but it gets really boring kicking a guy into a cactus that many times over, I am in no means a COD fanboy, I buy every game yes but I usually get tired of them quickly and never make it to a prestige, but there is something to be said about the reason COD can churn out an annual release with literally no change in gameplay and a shiny paint job(time period) and make millions. Its because that gameplay is fun and addicting and it doesn't really get boring. Bulletstorm on the other hand which you would think would stay not boring much longer than COD has the opposite affect. Oh and I think I mentioned this before but no replay value, after I beat the campaign the game hasn't come out of its case and it took me two days to beat the campaign so yeah worst $60 I ever spent

Does anyone else realize that it is also June 3!!!! June is the 6th month 6 divided by 2 is 3!!!!!!! Using that 2 take 2 away from the year 11 and you get 9 divide 9 by 3 and you get 3!!!!!! OMG!

@albvega I totally agree, u guys realize this is the small percentage of the gaming population that play othe games beside shooters, people wo read this website are the ones who care about all games but that does not mean we represent the entire population, the truth is the larger population are the ones who buy and love the COD series
