Nevermind, went through the rule page, doesn't say anyone outside of the US are eligible. Why is this on the UK site though?

I'm more than a little confused as to what's going on here, I live in England and apparently the sign-up for Neo Steam is on a completely different site in which there's no mention of this freebie I've signed up for.

Will the USA client that I've signed up for work for me or should I just forget about it and go with the EU site version?

If this is the case then I feel rather annoyed that this wasn't made clear beforehand.

Ryan Hart rings a bell, I believe he's a Tekken pro, as well as a SFIV pro apparently.

I've sent my PM today, looking forward to giving this game a go. Other than the different Warrior advancement branches I'm not sure why I'd pick one of the powerhouse races over the other.

Hopefully I can find something to help me make my decision.
