As excited as I am about this game, even "liked" it on FB, I really hope that they remake the first and have it on Live/PSN. I've been so fascinated with this game that I picked up a painting of it while drunk at a Blockbuster. Love that painting!! |

Capcom isn't exactly a company that gives me a game boner when mentioned. I enjoy 2D Mega Man and Bionic Commando but passed on RE 5. I bought SF 4 and then less then a year later SSF 4?? No thanks. Dark Void and Bionic Commando (non-2D) just looked like rubbish to me. I'll wait for Marvel VS Capcom 3 to give a hoot about Capcom. |

A Captain Dynamic: When I beat MGS 1 after the ending I just sat the on my bed, staring at the TV repeating "Wow". Bioshock 1 is still my favorite game of all time I think. However, reading the SoTC thing makes me really regret not having played it. reCaptcha: bear President-elect. Sounds like Soviet Russia. |

I loved Metalstorm!! I'd spend hours playin it's hard as hellness with my older brother back when I was like 9. lol. Stranger's Wrath...don't get me started. I opted for a PS2 over the original Xbox. When I jumped ship and finally got a 360 I picked up some of the badass Xbox games I missed out on because the 360 was "backward compatible". Got Stranger's Wrath and Jade Empire. Too bad MS didn't have Stranger's Wrath on that list of backward compatability. Also, why did they not add achievements to original Xbox games in the On Demand on Live?? I'd pick up Psychonauts in a heartbeat. |

That thing about Reggie from Nintendo was great!! However, sales have the Wii widely considered to be in the number 1 spot. I have a Wii. Wanted one so bad. Got one. I play Wii Sports and Mario Galaxy. I haven't played either of those in months. This would be longer, but I gotta go dust off my Wii. |

Damn, and I thought the Bioshock that I played was creepy!! Did you guys see the legless Big Daddy in the wheelchair?? Or the Lil' Sister with almost no hair and the Adam collection tank om her back?? What about the crawlin naked body that's torso seems to be twisted 180 degrees from it's lower half?? Man I hope they go more towards this route for the next one, just without ruinin my fav game of all time. |

I'm actually lookin forward to this game. It seems like the devs are doin their own thing, and not worrying about what people thought about any of the movies/cartoons/comics. For that, I commend them. I think the last Batman game I actually played was Batman Returns on SNES, which I enjoyed but it was pretty much Final Fight with Batman in it. With todays tech in systems, they may finally get what makes Batman Batman into a Batman game. |

@ Shane: I appreciate a real preview by the way. Every other site previews a game and makes it seem like it's gonna be God's next gift to gamers, then when you play it it sucks. I actually haven't played through too many of these games. However, I gotta give love for God of War (epic game) and Bioshock (my fav game of all time). I never played Silent Hill 2 to the end, but now I wish I had. That's some pretty fucked up storyline right there. Let's just hope that the next Silent Hill will restore it to it's former glory. Where's my eternal Darkness 2 by the way?? Forget Too Human 2 there Silicon Knights, ED2!! |

Good article I gotta say. I agree that I hope the WiiMotion Plus actually works. I've seen a tech demo of it with some guy and a sword that looks a helluva lot like a lightsaber. It was pretty impressive actually. As for PSP...I didn't even know they still made games for it. lol. Home also seems to be failing expectations as well. I guess that NXE thing ain't so bad after all. My prediction for 09: EA announces it's getting into the console race. PS - Jade's ok. Nothing special though. |

I thought Prototype was supposed to come out this summer. Madworld sounds cool actually. I'll agree with that guy. I'm not much of a Sony hater, but for their sake I'm really hopin Killzone 2 is as good as the hype. Resistence 2 looks like garbage, so you GR guys may be on to something. GTA 4 DLC, I can take it or leave it really. RE5, of course I'm lookin forward to that but I don't wanna overhype it in my head. I'm stoked about the new Batman game |

Haha!! So true about those cardboard sleeves. I think the only game I have 1 of those on in Bioshock, which is also like my fav game of all time. However, with Bioshock's sheer brilliance I just couldn't force myself to ruin any part of that most excellant game. Not even the stupid carboard sleeve... =[ |

Between the openness, all the different paths, the gorgeous graphics and eerily surreal wasteland, the game is the closest game to near perfect that I've played all year.
