So you simply disbelieve something because it goes against your preconceived notions? You have been able to substantiate your views thus far. Where are the facts behind the basis of your beliefs? At the very least the presented evidence proves the Nazis were Marxist in their economic policies.

As far as the KKK being leftist, it is a claim made in the beginning of the article whose premise is based in the idea that the Nazis are Marxist. He never really connects the premise to the merit of the Nazi argument, so it isn't well grounded. I think it is an argument he is making by association. A rather weak one. This is really just throwing us off the original intent of the article though, and that is Nazis being Marxist. Let's stay on topic.

So far all you guys have presented forth as evidence are assertions and by ridiculing the idea as drinking kool-aid, which isn't evidence at all. It looks as though you merely have "faith" Nazis weren't Marxists rather than have any supporting evidence for your claims.

Mr. Houghton, you seem to be confused about what Fascism is and what the Nazi party believed. The Nazi party is anti-capitalist. Hitler, Goebbels, and the Tat Circle which influenced Nazism were all staunchly anti capitalist. The Nazi party despised industrialists so much, they even lashed out against Hugo Stinnes(who originally supported them), and Hitler later directly attacked Stinnes in one of his speeches. This isn't even mentioning all their Leftist policies of welfare. Hanz Buchner when tasked by Hitler to clarify the Nazis economic polices call them "State socialism". Get the full scoop here.
