I hope they kill him off, but obviously Batman will not kill him. Some building will explode, Joker won't leave, we don't see him get crushed but the building caves in, and after the credits end, we see Joker's arm pop up out of the rubble. He will be alive, but not able to talk. That is the loophole around it

As cool as those guys sound, many of them have already been fought in the GoW-like Spartan: Total Warrior. Play that game and you'll see many of the same bosses. I would actually respect GoW a little less if they used a lot of the same ones/ same type battles from S:TW
