To be fair to Ultimate Alliance. Spider-Man is clearly shooting another web, so he could be holding his previous web strand which looks like a rope.

The first game I purchased all by myself was Mega Man 6 for the NES. My parents let me take $50 of my First Communion money and buy a video game with it. I barely remember much else about that game, but after that, all of my video games and accessories were gifts until I purchased a Nintendo Gamecube in 2001. The best part about that, to me was, it was the first system I didn't have to share with my family as I did with the NES and N64. And my mom who worked overnights at Toys 'R' Us at the time, brought it home before the store opened.
