Capcom makes their previous games obsolete.

This is just a GOTY edition that every big game does. You can still buy the DLC on the normal edition and play online with the either game.

Batman would be my game of the year if Portal 2 wasn't so wide-ranging.

I would recommend Portal 2 to anyone, but Batman of course is more of a perfect 'gamer's game'. It takes everything "gamey" and runs it into perfection.

Well, I must say I'm surprised to see this reach the light of day, though not too surprised it's been morphed into this. The gameplay and graphics look just a bit low-end, which I guess is sadly the sacrifice for Free to Play.

Albeit, a heavy sacrifice, considering the apparent quality of End of Nations.

Yeah, it was definitely a game worth playing.

Huh, I'm actually surprised they're bringing up the Cortana's rampancy. I guess hiring all those dedicated community members is making sure they follow established conventions.

I don't really see anything pointing to the definate "God of War IV with Kratos" announced headline everyone seems to be carrying.

Just because it's the God of War team doesn't guarantee it, and pinning Kratos up there for it is jumping to even farther conclusions.

Everyone's quick dismissal of Bioshock 2's multiplayer depresses me.

It actually had alot of great ideas like hunting for XP "Adam Vials" just sitting on the maps, breaking down walls and grates for more routes around the map, and you could turn freaking invisible and shoot fire from your hands! I would've bought the Map pack if I knew the chance of actually finding enough people with it was possible.

Honestly, just having played Arkham City and Uncharted 2, I can't see Uncharted 3 wowing me any more than Batman.

The 1995 film does not hold up well.

Of course, I got into the series with MK9 and I actually liked MK Annihilation, so you might call my opinions useless

They were apparently planning it, but ended up just straight porting the games.

There's some ok looking filters, but nothing really HD.

Biggest downside to it is the online is pretty lag filled, so along with the already choppy animations of the old MKs it's hard to play competitively online right now.

No, they're not. Noob shows up as a secret fight, but this is the arcade UMK3, not the console versions or Trilogy.

Also, it's already out on PSN. Some sort of early North Amercian release, I've heard.

This is almost exactly like the demo trailer but it's definately different. The Challenge Tower, some extra mini-game footage and actual Kratos gameplay weren't in the demo trailer.

I got this game for Xbox on the Black Friday sale and it's great.

I totally reccommend it, though the Xbox Multiplayer is sadly completely dead.

My biggest problem is it's just another excuse for Activision to get money.

It's like God and Devil teaming up and selling products together, so if you want to pay one, you have pay the other.

I know it's not like we can bring Activision down, but now this is a fool-proof way for me to give them money. Crap.

If the first DLC pack had added these maps, I would've bought it.

But just the maps only makes me "enhhhh" too.

And the Rebirth thing is just a way to ripoff CoD's prestige mode. Which I'm surprised CoD gets away with in the first place.

And yeah, you can backtrack in Bioshock 1 Cyberninja, which is the thing I missed most in Bioshock 2. :'(

The reason "full" retail games don't use simple concepts is for longetivity.

If a "simple" game costs $60, I expect it to entertain me for awhile, which simple games just don't seem to do most of the time.

Cheaper games, simpler concepts, usually.

Well, the original Halo had horrible level design, which I think they fixed greatly in Halo 3.
