I'm glad that someone agrees with me! Human revolution was a flat out amazing game. Deus ex is my 2nd favorite though. I agree with GR that Portal 2 is truly the game of the year, there's simply nothing not to like. All of these games are amazing though. I was actually shocked at the lack of Littlebigplanet 2 love. Not GOTY material, but one of the year's best in my opinion.

I agree with all of these as being the best games of this year, but I'd add Deus Ex: Human Revolution. It really stood out to me as an amazing PC gaming experience. Of course Skyrim, Skyward Sword, Portal 2, and Uncharted are my other top ones.

I'd love to see Gordon smash Master Cheif's head in with his crowbar. And maybe a side of some Xen aliens humping/electricuting/aciding the the covenant. And perhaps some combine assaulting some flood. In other words, a crossover in which Half-Life destroys Halo would make me happy 8)

The Half-life series (p0rtal included). Never has a series had such great gameplay, story, characters, and weapons all (except the first) rolled into a convinient orange box. I've beaten half-life 2 a whoopin 7 times, and beaten both episodes 2 times.
