this is a flame war waiting to happen, but otherwise I may get the Vita next week, if by then i have the money for it, other then that i can see the same thing happening that happened with my DS and PSP, me playing the one that had the newest release i wanted which worked perfectly fine last gen and will work again this gen.

i havent played the series but i think the other 2 games were really important to the story so you'll probably have to play them.

dude its not milking the series in the slightest, the latest portable game was better then any of the console games(BBS is what i mean by latest game, recoded doesn't since it was originally for cell phones) and i have all of them because they all have a part of the story to tell since throwing everything into 3 is a stupid idea which they realized a long time ago, but on topic this looks to be the best game in the series because so far it even looks better then BBS which took best title from 2

all i have to say to the link is if they think pokemon is evil then i cant wait until they see persona 3 where you shoot yourself in the head to summon your personas and can summon satan, and they think pokemon is made by wizards of the coast which is funny

i wouldn't criticize a game getting an 8 if their were legitimate reasons why it got a lower score, lets compare at the you'll hate for this game and then uncharted golden abyss they both have 8's and were reviewed today, in this game's you'll hate it says the musical amateurs will be occasionally be frustrated, thats a problem with the player not the game, hardcore players may find it easy, another problem that isn't based on a game issue but on personally skill level, and the last one is "its one of the last good times you'll have on wii", so thats a problem with the system not the game. Now in the uncharted review the you'll the hate lists, poor level design, lack of cinematic feel, and unmemorable encounters, which are all in game problems. so because a game that has no real in game problems isnt "Cream of the Crop" or AAA, it has to have the same score as a AAA game with problems? because that's basically what you just said. your right in saying i am not personally but you don't need to be a professionally to tell that's bs. you also can't say the reviews were written by two different reviews because things like metacritic judge on a whole not individual basis

well I'll be more specific then, my only problem with the launch is in the U.S., i can get the same exact experience from all the games you said on my ps3, which is a huge problem when you launch a handheld for more then the price of the home console. You can't say what about Gravity Rush seeing as for us consumers its in limbo right now since we have no solid date for it. I am getting one sooner or later but theres no denying sony kinda shot its self in the foot multiple times with the vita launch.

this game should be a 10 or at least a 9, because you literally didn't say anything negative about it in your review except things you had trouble with, and if this game is anything like the ds version then no one will find its to easy unless you skip everything which means its hard not easy because you feel the need to skip stuff, i am a drummer and still had a hard time with the ds version and that says alot.

seriously my wii will be happy as soon as i get this i be at it for about 20 hours non stop i loved the ds version.

um you forgot the eshop last i check nintendo added an original first party game about 2 weeks ago its called Sakura samurai and a while before that pushmo, also the last time they released a good game was today its called rhythm heaven fever. you can just go back to blindly following sony and uncharted and whatever else, while i go back to enjoying everything and recognizing the success and failure of every company

My one complaint about the article is you can't say a launch line up is amazing when you say everything is basically ports and remakes like the 3ds launch, personally i feel that a launch can only be great when they have a original game that uses all the systems functions, so basically i want Gravity Rush in the US next week, why did sony not bother to release these game when Europe will get it next week. i may or may not get a Vita day one seeing as the other game i want at launch i can buy on my ps3 which is blazblue.

yup based on pure speculation, it has to be Nintendo they can basically do anything this year since anyone who cares about games already have all the other systems with mostly disappointing exclusives, wiiu will have the advantage of the being able to play mutiplat games and unique stuff that will make use of the new controller. plus i can see the 3ds destroying the vita its already doing poorly in Japan plus after launch they dont have any new games that we know about which is really bad, since the only launch game us isnt getting at launch is Gravity Rush but i can always import it from europe. the other games we know about are ports, granted i am still getting one but Nintendo is the clear winninger

yes you have been lied to, who told you it could play ps3 games? if your referring to remote play it has always been a piece of crap which is why no developers support it, so everyone's dream of skyrim anywhere was as misguided as a blind man with a broken gps, for so many reasons its not worth going into.

well ill put it like this, think of the dlc like a meal at a restaurant, you have a appetizer then a main course, your not going to serve the appetizer with the main course unless its not ready until then. and about timing if you feel its not a good time for the dlc i have a novel idea for you... its called waiting for when you want to buy it, since its not going anywhere. personally i will buy it when i buy my next psn card since its not to soon for me. one last thing, you act like this dlc is required to complete the main story, but it isn't, if it was then i would agree its greedy.

i was going to keep my psp but this sucks, because i cant just have my vita with me and all the psp games i wanted, at the very least have a sale on psp games in 2 weeks

you do know that the game has been finished for months now right it was released in Japan in December and the dlc just came out this week in Japan, so its not like its immediately after launch seeing as they had the game done since December so this isn't immediately after launch.
