I think Joe is looking WAY too deep into this, personally. What is a video game meant to do? Entertain. Are things in a video game SUPPOSED to be real? The answer is, of course, no. Though I do applaud your enthusiasm of scrutinizing Infinity Ward's flaws in a fantasy storyline, take the game at face value, which is AMAZING! The moment you start thinking too much into something is when it doesn't become fun any more. Doesn't that defeat the point?

When defending the Burger Town, I noticed one of the friendlies was "Private Bowling" which is most likely a reference to the aforementioned "Robert Bowling", the Community Manager.

I'd bet a lot of the other friendlies are named after the developers.

Why didn't you make it even worthless by making it IE only, and wrapping it up some more in Java, and than in ActiveX, and than Digitally License ????

Yes to almost all of these games. I am still a little confused as to why they chose to put up the Legacy of Kain over Soul Reaver... Raziel is turning over in his reaver-infused grave over it I am sure.
Also, Legend of Dragoon was one of the BEST RPG's on the planet in it's time and I still believe it is one incredible game.

I think too many independent game developers have great ideas that never quite get developed enough to be as great as it could be. With a bit more development and game mechanic introduction this could have been a lot more interesting. The length is bothersome too. Why spend money on this when you could spend tons of time and less money on great games like The Darkness or Condemned or any number of great games available for cheap?

Been playing LoL for a while now, now in open beta. The matchmaking system in this game is great, giving you roughly a 50/50 chance to win each time you play, and that's how it's about been for me. This game doesn't dissapoint! Great Job and Review!

I heard they will be turning this into a full-on mmo based on the sales they bring in from the actual game. I think this is a pretty good idea considering the potential for an ever-changing world with new quests and instanced dungeons. I think I will buy Dragon Age first though...

I am getting this game as soon as I can. The character body models aren't particularly impressive (on the humanoid models, particularly the females), but the hype seems to be well deserved in the gameplay department. I even downloaded a bunch of trailers on PSN just to see more of it.

I'm picking this up in a couple of hours at a midnight premiere, SO excited about it! The review seems a little biased towards Fallout 3...What the reviewer doesn't realize is that it's NOT Fallout...duh! Can't wait to test this out on Live with my budds too!

Hi, my name is Christian. If you couldn't tell by the picture, I am a soldier! I just recently finished Advanced Individual Training and Basic Combat Training to become an Information Technology Specialist/Analyst for the California National Guard.
