Yeah, while both the movie and game Spiderman 2 were awesome, Tobey McGuire definitely was not into doing the voice work for the game.

Hopefully EA has learned their lesson from the over 1.7 million pirates and the class action lawsuits. This should be proof for every developer and/or publisher that if you try too hard to control our gaming, it will come back to bite you in the ass... HARD.
