I'm going with Aliens Colonial Marines, only because there wasn't an option for a New Smash Bros. or Nintendo's Entire Conference. Seriously, Sony is in a nice little niche where they don't really need to do anything aside from releasing new games until the PS4, Microsoft needs to try yet again to convince us that the Kinect isn't a load of crap, and Nintendo is going back to their roots with Pikmin, Animal Crossing, Super Mario Bros. 4, the WiiU, and what is supposedly the definitive version of Aliens. But yeah, Aliens or Smash Bros. would be my most anticipated. It's looking to me like Nintendo's gonna clean house yet again.

Paper Mario, Dishonored, Pikmin 3, The Last of Us, Metal Gear Rising, The Last Guardian (assuming it will be there). Those are my biggest anyway.

In the absence of Super Smash Bros. Wii U/3DS, I'm going with Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance. Also looking forward to hearing more about Assassin's Creed 3, Dishonored, Paper Mario 3DS, Resident Evil 6, both New Super Mario Bros. games, and, again in absence of SSBWU/3DS, Sony's Smash Bros. clone that I'm too lazy to scroll back up to check the name of.

I'm really looking forward to a lot of these, specially God of War, AC3, Last of Us and Tomb Raider. I am also really looking forward to seeing more about GTA 5 but its not on this list. was there an announcement about rocksteady not showing the game at E3 that I missed?

It's Rockstar not Rocksteady. And they haven't had a presence at E3 in years. 2004 with San Andreas was the last time I think. It's cheaper to do their own thing and when Rockstar speaks people listen whether it's at E3 or not.

A decent selection of PS Vita games would be goddamn fantastic! i'm sick of worrying about the fate of my new little piece of tech-tastic gorgeousness...

But what about Yogventures!! That looks awesome!

Voted for Dishonored because I'm a flithy whore for Deus Ex esc multiple solutions for each situation type games

I need a dose of high octane, Bayonetta-style ass-kicking... My vote goes to Revengeance... But the name, honestly?

Had to pick Pikmin 3 over Zelda Wii U. Pikmin 3 is actually real, Zelda at this point is just a concept.

Dead or Alive 5 is the only thing that really matters. No, seriously. Even if I am worried how badly Hayashi is going to completely screw up another game that gets left up to him. Can we have Itagaki back now? No? Well, I guess I'll just go sit in the corner then.
  • samsneeze - May 30, 2012 9:36 a.m.

I guess Assassin's Creed 3 would be nice to have as well.

Yearly releases have completely ruined Assassin's Creed for me, I never bothered picking up Revelations (Brotherhood was that uninteresting) and don't care for AC III. I honestly don't understand the hype. I'm looking at : 1. Zelda Wii U (if it's even there) 2. Far Cry 3 3. The Last Guardian 4. The Last of Us I'll keep an eye on a few other games like Tomb Raider, RE6 (hope this franchise won't be ruined as well...) and Dishonored

Franchise entertainment has become so stale, boring, and borderline pornographic that all I want from E3 is something new. I do not want games to go the way of cinema, with games having to 'be dumb and have multiplayer and a nonsensical plot' to make it at all. There have been a few select games and movies to subvert that, Inception and to varying degrees AC2, Uncharted 2 and Journey. I just hope that the interesting and 'good' ideas aren't consigned to indie developers and lower budgets, so my 'Most anticipated' vote goes to The Last of Us. Here's to a big budget badass blunderbuss to steal a good few gamers from CoD whilst still being a decent game.

My money's on The Last of Us. I see that Halo 4 is winning as of now, but it just seems like we already know so much about that game. I want to see more from ND.
