PC - World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade - WoW Patch 3.1: Kologarn Video Worldofwar.net has managed to get inside the Ulduar raid on the Public Test Realms for World of Warcraft's Patch 3.1 to grab a video of a new boss.

Along with footage of possibly the biggest boss in WoW so far, there is a run-down of Kologarn's abilities. Here's an idea of how big the boss is: his right and left arms are counted as separate entities.

PC - World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade - The9 Allegedly In Warhammer Licence Negotiations The company that has the World of Warcraft licence in China, The9, is rumoured to be in talks with EA to license Warhammer Online, one of WoW's closest MMO rivals.

This comes after recent rumours of a rift between Blizzard and The9. Wrath of the Lich King, WoW's second expansion that went live in November in Europe and the US, is yet to be released in China.

PC - World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade - WoW: Ulduar Testing Schedule Announced Blizzard has released dates and times for player testing of the massive upcoming World of Warcraft raid instance, Ulduar.

A new method of testing content was disclosed by Blizzard recently, that some parts of the raid will be tried out by European players and other parts by American players. Some encounters will not be revealed at all until the patch arrives on live servers, meaning that all testers should get to see new content when they enter the raid in the live game.

PC - World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade - WoW PTR 3.1 Equipment Manager Interface World of Warcraft's Patch 3.1, currently on the Public Test Realms, has introduced the Gear Management system, a feature that allows players to swap armor, weapons, jewellery and trinkets at the touch of a button.

The Gear Management system is probably the most anticipated feature being tested on the PTRs besides the new Dual Talent spec feature. There are already player-made addons for WoW that manage players' gear but this new system will be integrated into the client, freeing up valuable memory.

PC - World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade - Argent Tournament Area Appears In WoW A new tournament area has sprung up on the test realms of World of Warcraft's upcoming Patch 3.1.

The buildings are not complete and by the looks of it there will be a few stages available on each of the PTR updates. The Argent Dawn, with the help of some Goblins, are building a Colosseum which is located directly north of Sindragosa's Fall in Icecrown. There are currently two daily quests available at this first stage of the Argent Tournament.

World of Warcraft's Patch 3.1 went live on the Public Test Realms yesterday, and several new features that Blizzard did not mention have come to light. Along with new mounts and countless class changes, a revised method of finding group members has been introduced.

PC - World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade - WoW: Dual Spec First Glimpse Worldofwar.net has been checking out all the changes in World of Warcraft patch 3.1 which is currently on the test realms, and has tried out the new Dual Spec system first hand.

Players will now be able to pay a one-off fee of 1000 Gold, not a sum to be sniffed at but something that most level 80 players could earn of a few days, and enable a second talent spec to use when needed.

The overview of the new system includes a video of the process along with step-by-step screen shots.

PC - World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade - Patch 3.1 Hits WoW Test Servers The enormously anticipated Patch 3.1 for World of Warcraft has just hit the Public Test Servers.

Certain changes were expected, but there are many new things that have shocked or delighted testers. For example, several class changes that were not mentioned beforehand are in the test notes, such as the Warrior skill 'Titan's Grip' will now reduced all physical damage done by the Warrior by 10%, thus reducing Warrior's damage efficiency dramatically.
