Speaking to VideoGamer.com Paul Barnett, Warhammer Online creative director, revealed that Mythic did look at bringing the game to console around two years ago but put those discussions on hold to concentrate on the PC game.
Paul Barnett, creative director of MMORPG Warhammer Online, has promised European players that developer Mythic is "trying really hard" to ensure sign-up problems experienced in the open beta are not repeated when the game is officially released this Thursday.

Speaking to VG247 this morning, Warhammer Online's European publisher, GOA, has assured that all registration issues gamers are experiencing with the game's open beta will be resolved before launch on September 18.

MMORPG.com's Carolyn Koh caught up with a very tired team from Mythic Entertainment's Warhammer Online as they completed the last of their many, many off-the-wall presentations. In this interview, the guys talk about launch and sleep and reveal some interesting statistics from the game.

A customer who pre-ordered the collector's edition of Warhammer Online up to eight months in advance has found his requests to change his shipping address denied and subsequently, when he complained, had his order cancelled by Electronic Arts, according to a report by the Consumerist.
