What does EverQuest creator Brad McQuaid do for an encore? Build the world of his dreams, that's what. Among the scores of up-and-coming massively multiplayer online games coming out this next year, Vanguard: Saga of Heroes stands head-and-shoulders above the rest in terms of our expectations.

Even the group of otherwise mundane environment shots that were released today smack us upside the head with their enormity. McQuaid clearly doesn't want anything bumping his noggin in Vanguard - nearly everything towers overhead ominously.
