Nadeo has released new updates for its racing titles TrackMania United and TrackMania Nations. The United update totes the StarTrack campaign, which brings 147 new tracks to the game's solo mode.

French video game developer, Nadeo has seemingly unveiled TrackMania 2 at the Paris Game Festival. According to this forum post the game will have three environments but more importantly, you will be able to create custom blocks when making your own tracks.
411mania gives a rundown on this week's game releases. Highlights include Marble Saga: Kororinpa (Wii), Brandish: Dark Revenant (PSP import), Dengeki Gakuen RPG: Cross of Venus (DS import), TrackMania DS, Henry Hatsworth in the Puzzling Adventure (DS), Suikoden Tierkreis (DS), Super Robot Taisen K (DS import), and Rei Choaniki (PSP import).
Avid Gamer writes: It seems we went through three patches for TrackMania pretty quickly. Luckily this is a cumulative update which doesn't require its predecessors. Codenamed 2.11.16 (2.11.13 was the last patch we had hosted), this patch fixes a problem with registering lap times. It also contains the exploit removals and bug solving that was in .14 and .15. As usual there are two versions, one for the free Nations and the other, the paid United. It'll only set you back 4.04 Megs of space, but be sure to read our review in the meantime. They've sent out a small patch (3.99megs) to address some minor bug fixes, bringing the game up to version 2.11.13. There are two variations, one for the paid 'TrackMania United Forever' and the other, the free TrackMania Nations Forever. Make sure you pick up the correct patch and the previous update.

TrackMania Nations Forever is now available to download for free, and features single-player and multiplayer modes, a track editor and 65 new circuits.
For anyone not familiar with the series, TrackMania's a PC racer with a HUGE emphasis on arcade action, and has become a cult hit.
