It's been a while since we've looked at The Movies from Lionhead (of Black and White fame), a management title that puts you squarely in the director's chair, so here are three new screenshots of the game in progress.

The film-making process is great subject material for a management game and it's a tad surprising that it hasn't been tackled before. The scope is huge as you take a project from the pitch to the premier. To get an insight into this fascinating prospect, indulge in a re-run of of the game.

There is no firm release date for The Movies beyond it reaching PC later this year
