Speaking of multiplayer, there's a unique twist to the standard multiplayer game. On every map, Gollum runs around as a neutral stealth unit. The side that finds him and kills him first gets the Ring, unlocking their super unit. This means controlling either the Elf Queen Galadriel or Sauron himself - and trust us, you do not want to be on the receiving end of a unit like that.
It's not often you come across an RTS with production values this high; every part seems to be polished till it shines. Movies, books, it doesn't matter: if you like strategy games and Lord of the Rings, you're going to like Battle for Middle-earth II.
