The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion developer Bethesda is today releasing a new PC and Xbox 360 plug-in for its hugely successful RPG called The Vile Lair.

The new content is actually a "multi-level lair for murderous players to find refuge". In this underwater hideout players can hire minions, lay low for a bit or feed, if they happen to suffer from vampirism.

Other features include the Shrine of Sithis were players can get healed and an indoor garden of venomous plants which you can harvest and then feed to enemies. One item that has more positive effects is the Font of Renewal which players may use to purge themselves of vampirism.
