Rumor says sequel is heading to PC and Xbox 360, with off-road racing included

Rumor on the internet is suggesting a sequel to Atari's Test Drive Unlimited is currently in development and is due out on PC and Xbox 360 in March 2008.

Test Drive Unlimited publisher Atari had not responded to queries regarding the rumor at the time of writing - but we'll let you know if we hear anything concrete.

Website GRY- OnLine.pl reported the claim and got the info from an anonymous source. They allege the follow-up will see off-road racing introduced along with dynamic weather and 2,400 km worth of road to tear up.

The original Test Drive Unlimited featured racing on Hawaiian island tarmac and a persistent online component.
